You may request a return of your device for any reason within 30 days of receiving your Walabot.

Package your product

Our Support Team will review your request and send you the easy link for you to print a personalized RMA. Repackage your unit with all the components, print and adhere the label to the package and drop the package a local postal location.

Refund

Refund will be issued within 3-5 business days after you mail the package back.

Eligibility Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if the return request was sent within 30 days of the customer receiving the item at their delivery location. We cannot refund third party purchases (such as from Amazon.com or B&H Photo).

Defective or Damaged Items
